Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for a different size or color within 5 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or use will not be accepted.

Please note that returns or refunds are not offered. Exchanges are available exclusively for size or color adjustments in accordance with the policy above.

Additionally, sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer reliable delivery services across Lebanon to ensure your order arrives promptly.

- Flat delivery fee: $5 across Lebanon

Delivery timeframe:

- Beirut: Within 1 business day

- Outside Beirut: Within 1–2 business days

All orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.
